Face Jug with Lizard by Matthew Hewell. 10" tall. China teeth. No damage. Signed on bottom. A great chunky face jug. Matthew is the grandson of Grace Nell Hewell and the son of Chester Hewell. He works in the Hewell pottery shop making gardenware by day and face jugs by night. Matthew began making pottery at age 6 when he received his own miniature pottery wheel to make gardenware on.
