Louis Ding holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Beijing Tech.His watercolors have won many awards throughout the country and are included in hundreds of private and corporate collections in China and abroad. Primarily a painter of people and places, he has the desire to capture the essence of the locales he visits in his travels. Much of his creative time has been spent in Sichuan and Guilin where knowing mountains and water is a must. His teaching career (in both studio art and art history) has spanned 20 years.
