CHOKWE - AFRICAN TRIBAL STOOL - ANGOLA # 9495

Unique tribal stool from the borders of Angola. The Litanda stool is a royal stool which is normally found in a royal palace or with a village headman. When a person ascends to the seat of headman, he sits on the Litanda. The stool sits over a buried skull which has been energised with many medicines. This ensures that no unauthorised person would dare to sit on the stool.
