SIGNED NORMAN ROCKWELL "The Celebration, July 1976" American Artist Magazine Pen/Ink Signed NORMAN ROCKWELL
You are bidding on a special supplement of the original copy/story written by editor Susan E Meyer telling the factual history of how this painting became Rockwell's "final" illustration prior to his death in 1978. American Artist commissioned Norman Rockwell to celebrate the U.S.A.'s 200th birthday with this masterpiece - - a self-portrait with the historic Liberty Bell. This 8 1/2" x 11" six page album has been autographed twice by the artist in pen/ink on the front cover and the inside article page. It was included along side the signed/numbered print that was sold by American Artist to its readers. This document is in excellent condition as if it just was run off the presses!
