I have upgraded the operating system to support the new Windows Vista Media Center TV Pack 2008, which allows Vista Media Center to support QAM tuning! This means you can get unscrambled cable HD channels to appear in Vista Media Center.
The computer still has approximately 3 months of warranty left on it. It will ship in the original packaging, and includes the original manuals and operating system. The original recovery partition is included on the HD, which will allow you to restore the OS to the factory state if necessary.

Want to clarify the Vista Media Center TV Pack 2008. This allows you to view HD channels that your cable company has not encrypted (called QAM). Cable companies are required to carry network channels in HD. They also sometimes allow other channels in HD as well, which can be viewed in HD without using the cable company set-top box. This PC will not DESCRAMBLE channels. Sorry for the confusion.
Add a HP Personal Media Drive in existing drive bay for more storage.
