Unique Handcrafted Wooden Mask Asian Theater Help ID. I'm not able to identify this mask so I would really appreciate any assistance. This is a very unique item and it reminds me of an Asian or Japanese theater mask.
Measurements
Approximately: 7 1/2" H x 5 3/4" W x 2 3/4" D
Condition
Fair to good condition due to chips along the top inner part of the mask and along the lower portion of the inside of the mask. Also on the front there are chips of missing paint. These all look like they can be fixed. I do not see any cracks. I have made every attempt to describe all the issues I found on this piece. Please refer to photos for greater details. Items may need to be cleaned, I choose to leave this to the new owner. Items may show minor estate wear. Unless otherwise noted, all items have been previously owned by someone other than me.
