Hand carved wooden folk art horns and flowers desk set--yes, horns and flowers

Up for auction is a wonderful  piece of folk art.  Mixing flowers with horns is, admittedly, a bit unusual, but I love it.  It is 8" long and about 9 1/2" tall to the tip of the horns and 1 3/4" wide.  In the center is an assortment of 10 flowers and leaves all hand carved.  The wood used for the flowers, leaves and horns is very light and I would guess it to be either maple or birch.  The base and the "flower pot" and horn stands are, I believe, walnut.  Someone spent a great deal of time making this wonderful piece.  I think it would be a charming addition to any home as well as a great conversation piece. 

My mantra is fine living on a budget.  Only buy quality.  Buy what you love and keep it forever.  If you don't love it, give it or sell it to someone that does.  Beautiful, functional and well made items are at your fingertips.    I state at the bottom, I don't accept returns but that is only because I'm forced to choose either I do or I don't.  I chose I don't because I want you to be careful about what you are buying.  I try to be careful because mistakes cost money.  You should be careful as well.  I want anyone that buys something from me to be happy with what they bought.  I don't claim to be an expert on anything except quality.  It may not be to your taste but it will be well made.  I only buy quality items.  If I accidentally, or in your opinion, sold you junk represented as a quality item I will gladly refund your money.  I'm always happy to combine shipping.  I am also always willing to negotiate.  If you see something you like or mutiple items you like, lets do a deal.  It's all about selling.  Send me an email and let me know what you want, we'll work it out.  This is a no reserve auction.  Good luck and thanks for looking.
