Why are your artists specialists?
All of our artists have a minimum of 10 years experience in creating reproduction art and have all created well over hundreds of paintings from a particular style. Making each one of them a specialist in a particular style. For example, one artist may specialize in the Klimt Gustav's style while another specializes in Monet Claude's brushstrokes. All orders are allocated to artists with this in mind.

What is the canvas size of your painting?
All of our canvas sizes are a minimum of 3 inches greater than the image size (the size showed on above 'size column' with underline) for your stretching/frame.

Can you paint my portrait?
Yes we can - commissioned paintings are a specialty, be it a wedding photograph, a picture of the children or perhaps of your home. Please contact us for further information.

What if I can not find the painting I like in your store?
If you do not find any paintings you like in our store ,our artists can paint any work and size you like. Please contact us your painting information with any instruction and attach the photos if possible .We will respond with a quotation promptly.

Will I have to pay customs duty?
This varies from country-to-country. Generally, our customers will not have to pay duty on personal items less than $200 in value and in many countries hand-painted oils on canvas do not attract duty. However, please check the Customs or the postal authorities in your country if you have any questions.

What is your painting process?
Each painting goes through a seven steps process before final approval.
Step 1 - After receiving you order, we will begin by preparing the graphic or digital image used as a guide to begin sketching. Color matching is very important to get the colors from the images as close to the original as possible. Our in-house graphic designer will color match the image to match the original .
Step 2 - After color-matching, we will begin the pencil drawing of the image. On the first pass, our sketch artist will hand sketch the general features followed by a more detailed sketch of smaller features and lighting effects.
Step 3- After sketching is completed, we will begin the painting. The artist will then select the colors matching the image and begin to paint. On the first pass, our artist will paint the background. Second pass, the details will be painted. Third pass, the artist will add the final touches.
Step 4- After finishing, the QA manager will inspect the image and the painting for color matching, style, detail and overall quality.
Step 5 - Making the revisions and corrections for final approval.
Step 6 - After final approval, we will set the painting to dry.
Step 7 - We pack and ship your order via an express courier. And a tracking number will be emailed to you.
